GENERAL TERMS

By ordering work from me, you confirm that you have read the terms of service and agree with them.

Please follow these TOS, as I will have to decline your commission otherwise.

Please provide detailed references! If possible, please provide references for pose, background, emotion and any other substantial information.

If you have hard deadline please let me know beforehand. Otherwise by default work will take up to 1 month to get delivered.

PAYMENT

Full prepayment via VGen, PayPal or EasyStart.

I will only start the commission once payment is sent.

PROCESS AND CHANGES

Work In Progress (WIP) is provided at every step of the work (sketch, line, flat, shade, etc.)

If the commissioner does not need a WIP at any step except sketch, you should tell me about this.

Unless it's a minor color tweak or something I missed, a fee will be applied if you need something changed after the sketch's been confirmed.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

Unless the drawing is private or for commercial use, the artist (me) holds copyright to the produced drawing.

I can use the copyrighted artwork for promotion, displaying at my portfolios, posting it anywhere I like and as sample artwork.

If I'm not comfortable with the request (whether it being the subject or lack of confidence in delivery), I have the right to turn the request down.

CANCELING / REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel the commission before the payment was received.

You have the right to cancel the commission before the payment is received.

I can't refund the money because this feature is not available on the platforms I use.

You do not have any right to cancel the commission or demand a refund from the artist (me) after the payment is received and if I have already started your commission.
